As a Client Care Administrator, you will have varied responsibilities so every day will be different. Greeting clients and their pets, talking to veterinary practices, arranging appointments, helping customers and clients who call us, are just some of the things that you will be involved in.


You will need to have previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing face to face with customers (who may be worried or upset and need reassurance) and be confident with telephone work. You may have previous experience within veterinary or healthcare but this is not essential.  You must be passionate about pets, work to high standards and be great team member.  We are busy, so you need to enjoy working in a demanding environment, whilst still being sympathetic, caring and professional.


We have a full-time position and part time position, covering shifts from 8.00am to 6.00pm.  There will be a need to provide some cover at weekends on a rota basis.
