RCVS and EBVS® European Specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology

Georgie gained her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Liverpool University in 2005 and initially worked in general practice for 3 years. Having recognised an interest in ophthalmology she joined a referral centre where she gained her RCVS certificate in veterinary ophthalmology in 2011. She moved to Davies Veterinary Specialists in 2012 to undertake an ECVO residency, becoming a European and RCVS recognised specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2016. Georgie has remained at Davies where she is actively involved in training residents and particularly enjoys teaching both corneal and intraocular surgery. She was admitted to the BVA/KC/ISDS Eye Panel in 2018 and joined the ECVO communications committee in the same year. On a Wednesday morning Georgie runs an Ophthalmology clinic at London Veterinary Specialists in Hampstead.
